  • T-Hub startup community enabler has announced that it has selected 10 startups for the AWS-Intel Innovation Pod for Drone-tech Accelerator program focused on drone technology.
  • Skye Air launched a drone traffic management system in India. The software will enable drone operators to plan routes, develop flight plans, and evaluate risks.
  • Syngenta India collaborated with IoTechWorld Avigation for facilitating introduction of drone spraying across the country, will also work on creating employment opportunities for rural youth.
  • IoTechWorld Avigation and State Bank of India (SBI) have partnered together to offer farmers concessional loans for the purchase of their agri drones through a central government scheme.
  • In India, 3.72 lakh villages have had their properties mapped by drones as part of the SVAMITVA scheme.
  • The Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Indore has expanded courses to prepare people for the newest industrial technologies, including artificial intelligence and drone technology.
  • In order to provide Indian government customers with the most advanced drones that also adhere to national security criteria of the highest calibre, Skydio has partnered with India’s Aeroarc.
